I have

a really awesome husband.

Today...
We giggled all during sacrament meeting (but not during the actual sacrament, don't worry).
And we made an awesome dinner.
And chatted with Sarah for an hour and a half.
And giggled together some more.
(because we are just so dang funny together.)

Seriously, it was a great day.

I love him.
He's the bread to my butter.
Or some cheesy saying like that.

He always makes me laugh. Always.

Not Much

is going on.

K and I are just working. I'm working 9-6 everyday, and Kyle is working those random shifts he always works. He's looking for a seasonal job, so we'll see what happens.

I've been working on cooking healthier meals and so far it's gone pretty good. In the last week I've made bread, quiche, chinese chicken cabbage salad, and... oh, I think that's all. But it's a start :) Kyle and I also made ice cream on Saturday night which was great. Kyle actually didn't have to work Friday or Saturday last weekend, so that was awesome! We got to spend some time together, and we also go to visit Bonnie, Aaron, and baby Apollo. Sunday we went to dinner at Nate and Mel's and we played with the kids. Love my nieces and nephew! And speaking of nephews... Brooke and Blaine have decided on names for the twins! Luke and Logan! We can't wait for those little guys to make their debut.

I'm getting excited for June to come... So I can start classes, because I think once I start classes the rest of the summer will go by quickly. I'm just impatient to graduate and move to Pocatello! I've been getting really excited to kind of redecorate when we move up there... Just move furniture around, and hand pictures up, and hopefully have more room to do so! I just really want a bookshelf. And maybe a new entertainment center. And I want to craft cutesy things to make my home look real cute. So, we'll see what happens.

Also, there are 85 days until graduation. Holla!

Our Moms

I never did a post on/about Mother's Day, so I thought I would do it now.

K and I have the best moms ever. Kyle bore his testimony on Sunday, and he mentioned that both our mom's are converts, and are such strong members of the Church, and it's so true. Our mom's have both been through hard things in their lives, but they are the best examples.

We love our mom's so much and are so grateful for them raising us strong in the church!

We love you Mom and Mom :)

Happy First Anniversary to Us!

(Sorry for all the posts, especially those of you who read in Google Reader!)

Like I said before, we came home on our anniversary... And Kyle got me the best gift ever! He had it set up so when we came home it was the first thing I saw when we walked in the door. It's one of our wedding pictures blown up and printed on canvas. I've wanted one for a long time, and I love it so much!!

I'm so grateful to have married such a thoughtful guy, and one who loves me so much, and who I love back! He's my best friend, and I loved being able to spend 11 straight days with him celebrating our anniversary and graduations.

I can't believe that we've been married a year, the time flew by. But it was the best year, ever! And I'm looking forward to many more years together! (Forever, in fact!)

I love you, babe!

Florida - the conclusion

Like I said in the last post, we had a great time, and are so grateful for the time we were able to spend in Florida, as well as grateful to my dad for making it such a great time!

We flew home early on May 6th, which happened to be our first anniversary :) Alan picked us up from the airport, and we went out to lunch at Astro Burger. By the time K and I got home we were exhausted and took a nap. I also got a ton of bug bites while we were in Florida (I'm so allergic!!) so I was pretty miserable. I took some Benadryl and was out.

We still had a good day, and were glad to be home to sleep in our own (comfy) bed.

(also, sorry I didn't post too many words during my vacation post. I figured that photos speak louder than words.)

Florida - day 9

Our last day, and the day at Epcot! Dad came and went with us. I enjoyed all of it... Including a space simulator, we went to Mars! There was also a really cool aquarium that I thought was better than the one at Sea World. It was also the flower and garden festival, so there were a ton of cool topiarys. My favorite part, of course, was France. We ate lunch there.... Delicious quiche, baguettes, creme brulee, napoleons, crepes, pain au chocolat.... The whole nine yards. Dad and I got matching I heart Paris shirts (he served his mission in France) and had a great time. Oh man, I love Paris. And the food. And the Eiffel Tower.

Sadly, it was our last day.. And we had to say goodbye to my dad at the end of the night. But we had a lot of fun, and are so grateful that we were able to go on such an amazing vacation!!

I'm pointing the Bretagne region's flag - Bretagne=Brittany in  French.

Dad and I in our matching shirts!

Florida - day 8

We went to Hollywood Studios! Oh man, so fun. Tower of Terror is a blast, but I always get so nervous waiting in line. We also went to a 30 minute musical of Beauty and the Beast, which I loved of course. We went to a car stunt show, an Indiana Jones stunt show, and enjoyed the day.

Sadly, Star Tours was closed.

Florida - day 7

I believe this was our Animal Kingdom day. We almost decided not to go, but I'm glad we did! It was a lot of fun... Not a fan of the Bug's Life in 3-D though, haha. Kyle and I apparently look like the people to give fast passes to though, we got three pairs of them! We also went to a musical celebration of the Lion King, which we didn't get any pictures of, but it was awesome!

Florida - day 6

Our first day at Disneyworld....
We went to the Magic Kingdom, and again, it was magical. Disneyworld/land always makes me feel like a little kid again. We rode some great rides, and just had a good day. The light show that plays on the castle was probably one of my favorite parts. It was awesome! I can't even describe it.

Not sure why blogger put this one first... Clearly this was at night.

Kyle loves Pirates!

On the Teacup ride.

Buzz!

I love Walt Disney, and Mickey.

Swiss Family Robinson treehouse.

Florida - day 5 (Harry Potter!)

Universal Day!
And you know what that means..... Harry Potter!!!! Harry Potter is in the Islands of Adventure at Universal Studios. We spent a lot of time at HP, but also went on a few other rides, and explored Universal Studios as well.
It was amazing. Seriously. Freaking magical.
And yes, I bought a wand. And a t-shirt.
I would go back in a heartbeat.

So, there's going to be an overload of pictures on this blog post. Hope you like them! :)
