Well, the semester has started!
Kyle's taking Marketing Management, Humanities 202, Psych of Religion, and Multicultural America. This is his last semester as an undergrad student at BYU! Kyle will graduate at the end of April.
I'm taking Socialization across Childhood, Research Methods, Stats 221, Forming Marital Relationships, and Humanities 202 (that one's with Kyle!). I'm a little bit nervous about taking 15 credits, and working 20 hours a week, and planning a wedding, but hopefully I can pull through! Statistics is what I'm really nervous for... So cross your fingers that I will be able to understand, and pull off a decent grade.
Kyle is just finishing up his graduate school applications. The deadline for all of them is January 15th. The only thing we are worried about is that one professor who is supposed to be writing a letter of recommendation for Kyle hasn't gotten back to him if he has done that or not. So, we're hoping and praying that he DID do that. Or else, .... well, we don't want to think about the or else.
Kyle is still working at the MTC teaching Spanish. I'm at BYU Independent Study working as a "student advocate". Basically I work in customer service and answer phone calls from students. It's a pretty good job, not too high stress usually, there are lots of fun people to work with, and I can do homework (and blog) in my down time.
Wedding plans are slowly coming along. We have a meeting with our (hopeful) decorator next Wednesday, so that will be good to get that all set up. We're also going to dinner at my old young women leaders house on Sunday, so it will be good to see her, and to introduce her to Kyle.
I think that's about it on our updates for right now, we'll update later :)
